1 whole rotisserie chicken
1 whole bottle of BBQ sauce
2 tbsp cayenne
2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup hot sauce

Make It

Shred chicken carefully making sure to get rid of all the bones.
Put shredded chicken into crock pot.
Dump a whole bottle of your favourite BBQ sauce into the chicken mixture.
Add in cayenne, garlic powder and hot sauce.
Keep on warm or your slow cookers lowest setting for 7 hours, stir occasionally.

After Thoughts

First of all, sorry it’s been a whole week without posting! Between work and my pets it’s been hard to get on the computer and put this all together – but I have tons of recipes lined up ready and waiting to be posted. I just need to get my butt in gear and do it!

On to the chicken! THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER! It’s my boyfriend Nick’s favourite thing that I make. Sometimes I serve it next to corn, sometimes on top of a crusty bread. Eat it like you would eat pulled pork! The reason I came up with this recipe in the first place is because I don’t eat any red meat but sooooo wanted some pulled pork. It’s just like the real deal and super easy to make! Throw it in the crock pot and let it absorb all that flavour. Enjoy!
