What You’ll Need

3 Cups Raspberry Granola
1 cup honey
1/2 cup raspberry jam


How To Make

Mix most of your honey into most of the granola, save a little bit of each.
Pack the granola into a baking dish lined with saran wrap.
Smooth over the rest of your honey with a spoon.
Add the jam to the top of the granola in a thin even layer.
Top with the remainder of the granola.
SQUISH! Squash it so everything sticks together.
Stick ’em in the fridge and in the morning they’ll be ready to be sliced into any shape your heart desires.

I recommend eating with a fork – super sticky – but super delicious.


After Thoughts

Raspberry jam is my favorite jam – if you don’t like raspberries you can use any flavour. That’s part of the beauty of this recipe, it can be made with any flavour of granola/jam. Add chocolate chips if you want! It’s up to you. The honey makes these super sweet so if you don’t have a sweet tooth use unsweetened jam – or make your own jam!
