Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Burgers

OH MY GOSH! This is by far the best recipe on the website so far – if you’re going to try anything, try this! Probably the greatest thing I’ve ever eaten and SO delicious. I loved how biting into the burger was like eating a jelly doughnut in the sense that you couldn’t wait to get to the middle to reach that ooey-gooey melt in your mouth mozzarella. I will definitely be making this again…and again…and again!

This recipe took about 20 minutes of my time and it tasted like I ordered a specialty dish from a Chinese restaurant. My boyfriend was a big fan as he’s addicted to Chinese food. With this recipe you get the taste, look, and feel of take out without the $40.00 bill to go with it. This is a great recipe to make if you work a late night, like I do twice a week, as it literally takes not even half an hour – such a bonus! So simple and so delicious – my favorite kind of recipe. Enjoy!

Stuffing Stuffed Peppers

This recipe was so good we were heartbroken when it was finished! I used ground turkey and the combination of turkey and stuffing was like a modified Thanksgiving dinner. The stuffing on top of the pepper got cooked more so it came out crunchy and topped with the ooey-gooey melt in your mouth mozzarella it was absolutely to DIE for! Making the stove top stuffing with chicken broth as opposed to water like the box calls for was definitely a bonus for my taste buds. However I will tell you that since I decided to use my home made chicken broth which was salted to begin with, I decided to opt out of the garlic powder because I felt the seasoning might be too powerful. Let me know if you’ve tried this recipe and tell me what you’d think, I’d love to hear it!

This recipe is the perfect easy and cheap Sunday evening dinner. If I had it I would have definitely added cheese on top, just keep in mind adding cheese would increase the cost and increase the calories. One thing I added that I didn’t include in the recipe was a little dash of cayenne pepper. You are welcome to try this, I tend to add cayenne pepper to all of my recipes so unless it’s absolutely essential I won’t include it in the ingredient list. Cayenne pepper is great for adding an extra pop of spice and it also boosts your metabolism!

Spicy Chicken and Rice Skillet

This recipe was the perfect blend of cream from the mayonnaise and spice from the chili powder. I would definitely make this again, plus I used home made chicken broth – which of course made it even better! Let me know in the comments if you try this out and what you thought, I’d love to hear it!
