This chicken Marsala recipe is quite unique in the fact that I did not use Marsala wine, but I didn’t think I could call it “Chicken Red Wine Recipe” and get as many views as I would by titling it Chicken Marsala Recipe – and that’s the secret, you don’t need Marsala wine to make a great chicken “Marsala.” You can use a $9.99 bottle of cheap red from the grocery store, and no one would be the wiser. I promise.
